Our BOND physical products – the BOND Couples Journal and the incoming BOND Family Legacy Book, are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.
This means that all returns, exchanges, and refunds must follow Amazon’s return policy in the region where you made your purchase.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.

  2. Go to Your Orders.

  3. Select the item and click “Return or Replace Item.”

  4. Follow the on-screen steps for replacement or refund.

Amazon typically accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but please refer to your local Amazon policy for details.

All digital BOND products – such as printable games, downloadable files, or in-app purchases – are non-refundable, as these are instantly accessible after purchase.

However, if you encounter a technical issue (for example: the file doesn’t download, a QR code doesn’t work, or a game fails to unlock in the app), please contact us at info@mybond.store within 7 days of purchase.
We’ll make sure to help resolve the problem or provide a replacement if necessary.

📱 BOND App Subscriptions

BOND App subscriptions and premium upgrades are managed through the App Store (for iPhone) and Google Play Store (for Android).

For refund requests related to app subscriptions:

Refunds for app purchases are subject to each platform’s policy and are processed directly by Apple or Google.
