How does the app work?
After downloading the app, you’ll create your profile and receive a unique partner code. Your partner can enter this code on their device to connect your profiles – allowing you to track progress, play games, and complete activities together, even when apart.

What can I do in the app?
The app includes daily relationship tools, conversation starters, cycle tracking for her, argument translator, and interactive games like Who’s Most Likely To, Hot Mess, or Spicy Truth or Dare. You’ll also discover  insights from relationship psychology that help you grow together.

Is the app free?
Yes – BOND offers a free version with access to core features, while premium members unlock all games, psychology-based insights, and couples’ tools.

Yes! Every purchase of the BOND Couples Journal includes 3 months of BOND Premium for free.

How do I redeem free PREMIUM and games from the BOND Couples Journal?
Simply scan the QR code printed in your journal.
If you already have the app installed, it will automatically unlock the 3 months free PREMIUM, or linked game in your account.
If you don’t have the app yet, you’ll be directed to download it first. After logging in, your unlocked games will appear in your “My Games” section.

What if something is wrong with my order?
Since the journals and books are sold and shipped through Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Support directly for replacements or refunds. If you still need help, feel free to email us at info@mybond.store and we’ll do our best to assist.

What kinds of games does BOND offer?
Right now, we offer one printable couples game (BONDit: The Couples Board Game) and several in-app games – from romantic and funny to spicy and intimate.
